A 22 year old middle class boy named YASH GUPTA from Meerut, started a restaurant in Meerut with no prior experience in the food industry. But the passion to do something new and innovative motivated him and he opened a restaurant -CITY HEARTZ on Garh road, Meerut within 4000 sq ft. With the support of his family.
He is growing his business so much that he wished to expand this business to NCR with 2 outlets. One in the heart of Delhi i.n. Connaught place and another one in the student hub Laxmi nagar. No restaurant in Meerut has been able to reach that level in such a short period but this 22 years old self motivated boy did this. These outlets will open by February 2023. Coming from a construction background family, it was easy for Yash to bring the mind images of interior to reality.
The Meerut outlet has the beautiful interior with the best taste and quality food that too in very minimal and reasonable prices. He thinks of himself before deciding the menu and pricing. As a middle class boy , he thinks, whether middle class people can afford that price or not. Family support was very good for him , and because of that only he is able to grow and is able to open 2 outlets in Delhi.
Yash has graduated from DU and he was a foodie since then, and that only motivated him to provide the best taste food to others. He himself tastes every new dish before adding it to the menu . CITY HEARTZ also made its presence in many fests like Horn ok, Beat street in delhi for Marketing purposes and the responses was very good from Ncr people. In Laxmi nagar, they will add sweet section as the best quality sweets are not easily available and in CP DELHI, he is opening continental and Italian cafe.
He himself is a chef, he can make any shake, a variety of mocktails, continental food. This hardworking spirit of Yash is brilliant but he says that _ “The target is not just 3 outlets. My Aim is to achieve big , and it is just a start of my journey”
