The Early Years: Ground-Up Grit

Shahriar didn’t parachute into leadership. His immersion in REMEX began at the grassroots level.

“I started by learning the business’s core operations from the ground up,” he explains.

That hands-on approach, combined with a degree in Economics and an MBA, helped him bring both analytical rigor and strategic foresight to the table.

This fusion of academic insight and practical experience became the foundation for REMEX’s transformation.
