Dr. Michael Mbuwir Kengnjoh has over the years been in the business of people management. His interest in people management and his recognized abilities brought him into various positions where he has been deeply involved in Organizational Leadership. In the leadership domain, he has served in various functions where he exercised his human resource abilities including the following: Chancellor of the Diocese of Buea, Director of personnel board in the Diocese of Buea, Principal in Regina Pacis Technical and Commercial High school Mutengene, Secretary for Education in the Diocese of Buea, and also Director of Administrative Affairs at the Catholic University Institute of Buea. His studies and research in Human Resource Management have been motivated by his desire to understand “The Impact of Human Resource Practices on Employee Commitment” with particular reference to the teachers of the Catholic Education agency in the Diocese of Buea.
