Dr. Rajnish Dixit is basically a Welding Engineering Graduate and have dual Post Graduation Qualifications ie. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Human Resource Management. His other qualifications are IRCA/CQI approved Lead Auditor courses in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Environment Management System (ISO 14001:2015), Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018), Information Management System (ISO 27001:2022) and Food Safety Management System (Iso 22000:2018). He is also a qualified HSE personnel by NEBOSH – IGC (UK). He has International Certifications like International Welding Technologist (ITW) from International Institute of Welding, Italy and ASNT (American Society of Non-Destructive Testing) Level II in Radiography Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Visual Testing).
He has also completed many online certification courses from NPTEL like Theory & Practical of Non-Destructive Testing from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras and Training of Trainers from Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee. He is Certified in Project Management from MSME-Technology Development Centre (PPDC), Govt. of India and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Institute for Design of Electrical Measuring Instruments, Govt. of India.
With more than 25 years of experience in Quality domain of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure projects, he is a competent person in field of Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, Inspection, Auditing & Training. Currently he is associated with many national and international companies for providing his expertise, consultancy services (in field of Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, Inspection, Auditing & Training, etc.) on Quality matters.
He is also a well known writer, poet, translator and critic in Hindi literature. His short stories, articles, poems, reviews, memoirs etc. have been publishing in leading hindi magazines, newspapers and books since more than a decade time. His first translation book titled ‘Hamai Chuni Bhai Laghukathayen’ has been published in the year 2021. The book ‘Meri Chuninda Laghukathayen’ was originally written by a prominent writer late Madhudeep Gupta and translated by Rajnish Dixit. It was a collection of sixty six (66) Laghukathas aka Short Stories. He was awarded as – Nirmala Smriti Anuwad Sahityik Samman 2021 by Nirmala Smriti Sahityik Samiti (Regd.), Haryana. He also received ‘Sarvshresth Laghukathakar Samman’ by Hindi Laghukatha Sangh, a literature group on Facebook run by eminent hindi writers from Delhi.
Currently, he is engaged in organizing many literature programs on social media and actively participating in online, offline debates related to literature. He is expecting to publish his three books (collection of short stories, poems and memoirs) in coming future.
