EFOS.in has signed MOU with the Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotional Society (BRLPS) for providing jobs, career and education opportunities to rural candidates of Bihar.
This tie-up will cover 1 lac+ candidate from various parts of Bihar in 3 years for providing them jobs, careers and various affordable education opportunities while EFOS ensures that all the opportunities provided are legal, verified and trusted and for the betterment of the Candidates.

About BRLPS –
The Government of Bihar (GoB), through the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), an autonomous body under the Department of Rural Development, is spearheading the World Bank-aided Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project (BRLP), locally known as JEEViKA with the objective of social & economic empowerment of the rural poor. Subsequently, the Livelihoods Restoration and Enhancement component of the Bihar Kosi Flood Recovery Project (BKFRP) was also taken into the fold of JEEViKA.
The Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India (GoI) has restructured the Central Scheme Swarnajayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY) into National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM). The cornerstone of the SGSY strategy that was implemented in 1999 was that the poor need to be organized and their capacities built up systematically so that they can access self-employment opportunities. SGSY has been more successful wherever mobilization of the poor into SHGs and their capacity building and skill development was taken up systematically. It was in this background that GoI launched NRLM, to be implemented in a mission mode across the country. It builds on the core strengths of the SGSY and incorporates important lessons from large-scale experiences in the country.
The MOU will cover the following: • Counseling for work-integrated and industry-integrated programs for candidates
- Providing Jobs for rural candidates in Bihar and out of Bihar state as per the availability.
- Providing information about various education and career opportunities
- Guiding students on the right path to career
- Bridging the gap between the students and the industry
- Building a connection between the students and employers
- Facilitating the placement of students
- Establishing collaborations between industry professionals and educational institutions
- Offering online training and certification programs for students
- Providing mentorship and guidance to students
- Developing and strengthening the skill set of the students
This MOU will help the students to get the right education and training that will enable them to succeed in their chosen career path. It will also improve their employability skills and create job opportunities for them.
EFOS.in will also serve as a platform where the students can find the right job opportunities, interact with employers and get career guidance.
