The former Calvary Baptist quarterback comes in droves for La Tech


MONROE, La. (KNOE) – Louisiana Tech suffered a deep loss at home to Rice, falling 42-41 in overtime. However, freshman quarterback Landry Lyddy came through in the clutch for the Bulldogs. After Parker McNeil and Matthew Downing left the game with injuries, the Calvary Baptist product entered the game with 37 seconds left and threw the touchdown and two-point conversion to send the game into overtime. Lyddy added an extra 18-yard touchdown pass.
