JACKSON, Tenn. — Small businesses that embrace technology have proven to be more successful than those that don’t.
According to Jordan Crenshaw, vice president of the US Chamber of Commerce’s Technology Engagement Center, 86% of small businesses said technology is helping them survive the pandemic.
And even though we’re dealing with rampant inflation, nearly three out of four small businesses agree that technology platforms have helped them.
“What we’ve found is that technology is a huge enabler of support for small businesses and helps them survive and thrive during challenging situations. And we need good policies to make sure that small businesses can grow and technology can help them do that.”
Crenshaw also says there are grants available through Digital Literacy through the Department of Commerce.
