A completely new capsule design for the Neptune spacecraft
The perspective of space revolutionizes space travel industry improving the design of his spaceship Neptune. The new design provides the ultimate safe spaceflight experience using pioneering new software and world-class space balloon the experts. Currently in production, the travel capsule is incorporated with a spray cone to make softer and gentler landings in the ocean. As a continuation of the previous model, the luxury space travel company guarantees a safer, more comfortable and ‘even more exciting’ space experience.
“We developed the capsule to be more exciting, durable and carbon neutral way to reach the edge of space.’ The updated version comes with an elegant spherical exterior that makes the most of the 360-degree panoramic views through large patented windows and a more spacious saloon interior with more headroom.all images courtesy of Space Perspective
An elegant, smooth, spherical container
Working on the design with London-based industrial design studio Of My Imagination, Space Perspective unveils a stylish new interior for its latest space balloon. company worked with Siemens engineering and Amazon Web Services to form pioneering capsule and cone designs. Of the new exterior design, MacCallum said: The team has come together to create an extremely powerful, safe and incredibly elegant and luxurious system for the Neptune spacecraft. Simplicity and automation are the keys to security.’
With commercial flights due to begin in late 2024, the model features a climate-controlled, pressurized capsule propelled by a patented SpaceBalloonTM. The capsule prototype is now under construction at the company’s state-of-the-art campus near NASA’s Cape Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
The interior uses an elegant design, accommodating a bar, a bathroom, lounge seating and large windows, and also offers the added safety benefits of pressure resistance. The large windows will be accompanied by satellite imagery and 360-degree cameras to zoom in and out of the mesmerizing view. To further keep the interior atmosphere comfortable, the vessel includes a patent-pending thermal control system. Like an astronaut’s helmet, reflective coated windows are provided to maintain comfortable temperatures and limit solar gain.
“Space travel presents a new realm of exciting challenges and creative thinking. As design specialists, we have integrated the experience and aesthetics of travel – from the headroom and groups of explorers who are able to move comfortably inside the spacecraft Neptune from the bathroom chair to the bar – for him, of course, maximizing the once-in-a-lifetime views. noted Dan Window and Isabella Trani, world experts in the design of premium transportation systems. “We now also have an exterior aesthetic that is just as powerful as the interior unveiled in April – the engineering team has delivered an unsurpassed result in terms of performance and safety.”
“As transportation designers, we’re always looking to advance how and where we can take people next. Space travel is at the pinnacle of that, which is why we’re excited to be working with Space Perspective to play a role in shaping this extraordinary experience. continues the duo.
optimal capsule shape
“Centuries of balloon and parachute operation and development show that always ballooning from take-off to landing, with traditional parachutes as a backup backup system, is the simplest, safest and strongest solution. Our proprietary flight system will means that the capsule and SpaceBalloonTM always remain connected and the takeoff and landing conditions are always under our control. MacCallum said. ‘From the category-defining details of the Space Lounge™ interior, to the stunning exterior design, our team integrated elements of physics, engineering, analysis and design to create the Space Perspective experience.’
