The couple’s first managed hotel was a modest commercial property. Far from luxurious, it became the foundation on which they tested, learned, and refined their approach.
“We did everything ourselves—guest relations, OTA listings, rate strategies. It grounded us,” recalls Nilashish.
Soon, boutique and sustainable stay owners from across India began noticing their work. As they expanded into new cities and diverse landscapes, the brand’s credibility grew.
