Ethan Sappington returns home from walking the catwalk at New York Fashion Week.

This is much better. he is. Disability Disability “Show Your Light” Fashion show on January 21St. It was Ethan’s first and he did it all by himself.
Mother Teresa explained, “It was a privilege for us to see him come out of his shell and walk on the New York runway like an airplane! And on his own.
Everyone is rooting for the fourth-grader at Lily Lake Elementary School, where they call him a neighborhood hero.
Rebecca Jurs is the principal there and “He showed us all how to persevere. He also taught us all about acceptance. He’s a funny guy and we call him the mayor of Lily Lake.”
Also, as he was diagnosed with autism last year, the challenges are measurable, but the commitment is far greater.
“He wasn’t in a wheelchair, he was using prosthetics on his lower legs, which were too big for us.”
“It was an incredible experience. We went on stage to raise money and awareness. Wrist type Foundation which is a non-profit fund raising fund to provide humanitarian work to those poor countries and our country at present.
“It was an amazing experience to do this in NY and be a part of this community. And watch our son walk the runway among 27 other superheroes.”
