“Following the launch of California-based next-generation fashion retailer Revol on its own platform, Nikaa Fashion opens doors to a seamless global shopping experience in India,” the company said in an exchange filing.
E-commerce platform Nikea’s fashion arm Nikea Fashion on Monday announced a partnership with online fashion retailer Revolve to provide access to various fashion labels from around the world.
“With the launch of California-based next-generation fashion retailer REVOLVE on its own platform, Nikaa Fashion opens doors to a seamless global shopping experience in India,” the company said in an exchange filing.
Shares of Naika’s parent company FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd were trading 0.7 percent lower at 1,274.9 on BSE at 2:55 pm.
“With this, Nike Fashion brings over 26,000 options and over 400 brands in apparel, footwear and accessories directly from the global powerhouse Revolve to its own online platform. Nike Fashion customers can now shop the latest styles from the fashion retailer. Without KYC (Know Your Customer), customs clearance or hidden costs, hassle-free international shipping, easy shipping and returns on global brands,” the company said.
Earlier, on October 6, Nika announced a partnership with Middle East-based retailer Apparel Group to launch a new online and offline multi-brand retailer in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The multi-brand retailer initially operates in the beauty and personal care (BPC) segment.
The apparel group has more than 78 brands in 14 countries. The brands include Aldo, Bath & Body Works, Calvin Klein, Charles & Keith and more. Apparel Group India runs Aldo, Base & Body Works, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Charles & Keith, Inglot, R&B, Victoria’s Secret, La Senza and others.
Recently, the company’s board announced five bonus shares to each of its shareholders. Bonus shares are fully paid-up additional shares issued by a company to existing shareholders. November 3, 2008 to determine the eligible members for bonus equity shares.
