Mile High City boutique lifestyle property Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver appoints Katie Williams to manager of business travel sales. With more than twelve years in hotel sales in the DC metro area and Denver and her most recent role at The Jacquard, Williams brings her deep industry knowledge and unwavering passion for hospitality to her new role at the Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver.
Beginning her career as a front desk agent, Williams quickly learned to navigate the ins and outs of travel sales, working her way up the ranks with various hotels, including The Jacquard Hotel, Hyatt Falls Church Merrifield, Hyatt Arlington and Hyatt Regency Crystal City . Williams joins the Hyatt Centric team with a knack for both Denver and the Hyatt brand.
Katie is a seventh-generation Coloradan whose ancestors claimed land on the Western Slope in the 1800s. After graduating from Lewis & Clark College with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and German Studies, Katie found a passion for hospitality and sales in Hyatt. She enjoys cooking, kayaking and exploring new destinations.
