JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Michelle Chen, a former senior technology banker in China, will join the bank’s asset and wealth management division in Hong Kong, according to a memo seen by Bloomberg News.

Chen, the bank’s former co-head of technology, media and telecommunications in China, will lead the bank’s 23 Wall efforts in North Asia, reporting to Natacha Minniti, team head for Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. according to the memo. A spokeswoman for the bank declined to comment.
