No No Siwa is paying tribute to her strength!
The 19-year-old Dance Moms The alumna opened up in a Saturday Instagram post about the progress she made in her fitness in 2022, sharing her “first and last photos of 2022.”
The first photo was a close-up of Siwa’s eyes with beads of sweat on her forehead, while in the second, she shared a Selfie in the mirror showing off her bare, toned stomach.
“I NEVERRRRR take ‘progress pictures’ because they make me feel uncomfortable … however after a year of focusing so much on my physical health, I’m so proud of the muscle/strength I’ve gained!!” Siwa wrote in the caption of her post.
“I literally looked like the first picture EVERY DAY. Sweaty and sweaty,” she added. “HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!”

Siwa’s post comes shortly after she doubled down on claims she was “used” in a previous relationship – apparently addressing her recent split from TIK Tok star Avery Cyrus after three months of dating.
In a video posted on her TikTok page on December 21, the on-screen text written by Siwa accused a former partner of allegedly meet him to boost their “career”. and “reached the top”, echoing her words from an earlier video that claimed the partner wanted to gain “views” and “influence” from their relationship.
The clip saw Siwa facing the camera and lip-syncing to audio of someone trying to tell one of the two people that they “make really bad throat noises” while drinking – with the relationship reference text appearing above the clip.
“But I love you why are you breaking up with me??!!!” read the first part of the text, presented as something the ex-partner said to Siwa.
More texts then offered two possible reasons behind the breakup: “There’s someone else” or “You told one of my best friends that you were excited to be dating me. [because] you are “growing your career and want to reach the top” …”

“There’s no one else…” read another text, confirming the relationship ended due to her partner seeking career advancement.
Siwa elaborated in the caption of the post, writing, “And when I said I just wanted to be friends so I wouldn’t lead you to an unplanned hookup, you wanted nothing to do with me because there was nothing left for me earned.”
It wasn’t the first time the “Boomerang” singer dealt with a recent breakup with shame. In an emotional video posted about her mother JessalynnInstagram story two days ago, Siwa apparently confirmed the split and the reasons behind it.
“Because I’m used to it!” she said as she walked into a room, talking to an unseen person after the latter asked her why she was mad.
She then added, “For views and for influence, and me I was tricked into saying I was in loveand I’ve been playing f—ing!” (While Siwa didn’t mention any names in her mom’s Instagram Story video, she was first associated with Cyrus22, in August after filming a TikTok video together.)
