Human Resources Workshop
HR expert Cindy Carpenter is teaching a class at Flathead Valley Community College on Dec. 2 aimed at HR professionals who want to learn about formal reviews, documentation and a process for disciplinary action. The class will also discuss specific steps for addressing issues such as workplace harassment. The class will be from 10am and costs $35 to attend. Evergreen Room Holiday Collection
The Evergreen Chamber of Commerce’s annual holiday party will be Dec. 8 and will consist of a social hour followed by dinner, a silent auction and the presentation of their annual awards. The event is from 5-8:30pm at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1840 US 93 S, Kalispell. Single tickets are $80 or two tickets for $150. Kalispell Chamber FAYP Holiday Party
The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce is hosting a holiday party on December 1st from 5:30 – 7:30 pm at the Kalispell VFW, 330 First Ave W. The party is celebrating the “retired” young professionals from the Flathead Area Young Professionals and will have an ugly sweater contest.
