Local designers sell their best clothes at this free, fashion-forward Yard at Bayshore, 5800 N. Bayshore Dr.
The fun is on Saturday, September 10 from 11am to 6pm with fashion shows at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm with reserved seating for each show.
Locally based vendors will be on site selling their wares. Other activities sponsored by North Shore Homes include a kids design area where kids can make their own jewelry, create a fashion statement, and make miniature outfits using different fabrics.
Food is available from Sazon Dominicano, Calibre Tacos and vegan food truck, Twisted Herbs.
Fashion Fest MKE strives to include a variety of designers, models and business owners, so the organizers partnered with Mount Mary University’s Fashion Department.
Fashion Fest MKE offers a scholarship to a local student attending a Wisconsin college or university pursuing a fashion degree. Donations from organizations and individuals are currently being accepted for this initiative.
