The season 8 influencer and cast member of Bravo’s Southern Charm spent her early years in Greenville before moving to Dallas and then California.
Now this Clemson graduate calls Charleston home, perfect for all fitness levels.
Although she likes to play tennis and run, she says she needs more direction in her exercise routine.

“I appreciate a structured plan when it comes to work. My schedule can be a little all over the place, so I find comfort in consistency in fitness,” she said.
