Dr Gururaj has over 20 years of professional experience as Process change agent and well versed with many important standards / frameworks applicable to Software and Electronics domain like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, AS 9100, ISO13485, ISA62443, CMMI Level-5, Scrum process, Scaled Agile. He is a certified Scaled Agile (SAFe) Practice Consultant having delivered 40+ role based SAFe certification courses to over 850+ participants since June 2019 and currently playing the role of an Agile Coach.
Dr. Gururaj is also a certified Master Black Belt from Indian statistical institute and drives high maturity practice definition and implementation to comply with CMMI Level-5 requirements for his organization. Dr. Gururaj is an ardent statistics lover. His other certifications include Lean expert, ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor ; Internal Auditor for ISO 27001, AS 9100
