The University of Arizona presents: “Dogs ‘N Denim: A Fashion Show!”
This charity dog fashion show benefits the Fashion Industry Science and Technology Program at Arizona’s Norton School of Human Ecology.
This unique fashion event highlights the talents of fashion students in the new FITS major. This is a service learning project involving design, sewing and sustainability. This year’s theme is “Dead Gala.” Through sustainability practices at the University of Arizona, fashion students have designed and made clothes from used denim and other donated materials. The capes will be sold in a silent auction benefiting FITS Swim. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the “Cutting Edge” Sewing Club and the Pre-Veterinary Club at the University of Arizona.
The Dogs N Denim Fashion Show is free to general admission and VIP seating can be purchased for $10 via the Eventbrite link below. Only non-cash payments are accepted at this event.
All dogs and people welcome! Please make sure all dogs are on a leash.
