Well, it was definitely a fun day at the office for the Duke Blue Devils as they held off Georgia Tech 86-43. DBR Podcast co-host Jason Evans was on hand at the game to offer a lot of perspective on things he saw that weren’t available to people watching on TV.
Obviously, this is the kind of game where Jason, Sam, and Donald will find plenty to enjoy, including stellar performances from Derek Lively, Jeremy Roach, Tyreese Proctor, and… well… just about everyone else who’s played . a Duke uniform on this day. The boys especially enjoyed the play of the big men who controlled the middle and the stellar passes that repeatedly led to easy shots.
Oh, and we also had Jaden Schutt as Duke’s outside shooting specialist appeared early in the game, and the podcast crew spoke with Jon Scheyer about his decision to move Schutt into the rotation more regularly.
