Back-to-school spending is expected to hit an all-time high this year, even as inflation rises and parents everywhere feel the pinch of skyrocketing prices.
According to the latest National Retail Federation survey, one-third of households plan to cut back on other areas of spending to cover the cost of essentials for the new school year.
Number one priority? Electronics.
