Lopez Segura clocked 30:30.3 in the men’s 10k.
Lopez Segura qualified for the NCAA Championships by finishing fifth at the Southeast Regionals in Louisville, Ky. with a time of 29:58.2, earning all-region honors. He also earned All-ACC honors at the 2022 ACC Cross Country Championships on Friday, Oct. 28 at Panorama Farms Country Course by crossing the line 11th with a time of 23:19.0.
Northern Arizona won the men’s 10k by a score of 3-2 against Oklahoma State. Northern Arizona scored 83 points scoring 2,3, 18, 24, 36, while Oklahoma State scored 5, 8, 11 29, 30. Defending champions NC State won the women’s 6k with 114 points, led by Katelyn Tuohy who crossed the line first and becoming the 2022 National Women’s Individual Champion.
