As an emerging talent in the music and entertainment business, Golden Lands Von Jones – known professionally as 24kGoldn – has become a once-in-a-lifetime presence in the industry. He quickly amassed multiple platinum-selling singles, a gold debut studio album (Golden) and a group of loyal fans. But, aside from his musical talent, he is also shaping up to be a budding style star.
The 21-year-old San Francisco native is currently on a short holiday tour with a collection of exclusive fashion images that capture the everyday looks he wore at the Milan and Paris Men’s Fashion Week shows. . Appearing in the spring/summer 2023 collections for brands such as Moschino, Versace, Givenchy
“My personal style is very open-minded and reflects where I grew up in San Francisco and the people I surround myself with, which includes some very stylish and cultured individuals,” says Golden. “Being a child of the 2000s, I was able to see everything from what was hot right now to the internet. I look to Jimi Hendrix in the 70’s as a style inspiration, Michael Jackson’s style in the 80’s and 90’s, and Lenny Kravitz’s style in the 00’s and I put everything in my bag.
From a technical point of view, Gould can claim style and creativity as part of his DNA, as both of his parents previously worked as professional fashion models. So, it’s no wonder why the former University of Southern California attendee even titled his 2019 hit song “Valentino” after famous fashion designer Valentino. Expressing his combined love for music and fashion, he said: “I’m happy to make art that I think the world needs to hear, and I’m happy that people have accepted me as they are. ”
“I’m excited to keep creating and I’m determined to make my career work by any means possible and show everyone that I can’t go to college and still be successful. Time will tell if I am true to this and not new to this,” said Gold.
